Kenny Glah USA: A former Ironman Brazil champion, and Ironman legend checking his bike in 

Ann Basso FRA: A Team TBB Cozumel athlete will be racing here tomorrow. 

Trevor Delsaut FRA: His strong performance at Ironman Los Cabos earned Desault a well deserved second place finish in Mexico in early March. 

Ana Lidia Borba BRA: Suffered horrific injuries a few years back as result of a bike and auto accident. Borba is always a tough never-give-up competitor who has a strong following in Brazil and abroad. 

Jesse Donavan USA: Second-year pro Jesse Donavan comes into the race riding on the confidence of her recent win at IRONMAN South Africa. The mother of three has recorded three IRONMAN wins (Lake Placid, Mont Tremblant, South Africa) and arrives as the favorite. 

Igor Amorelli BRA: Is racing in only his second Ironman after a steller debut here last year where he finished third. The gifted swimmer holds his own on the bike and the run. He is young, talented and has plenty of room to improve.  "I think to reach the podium I have to be on a good day, everything has to go as planned and talking about my performance, I think I need to have a better marathon."

Guilherme Manocchio BRA: Came second here in Brazil in 2011 and fourth last year in a tight race for the podium. Look for him to fight hard to regain a podium placing tomorrow 

Hiilary Biscay USA: Hillary Biscay USA: The SmashFest Queen – also our Iron Maiden has 58 IRONMAN races under her belt that have resulted in 17 podium finishes and 29 top-five finishes. The American has a terrific swim and bike combination that will see her near the front of the race early. 

Amanda Stevens USA: Arguably the best female swimmer in the sport right now and can back it up with a strong bike. She comes into this race as one of the favourites.
